ContractExpress Author, a tab in Word 2007/10, publishes automated versions of the templates to ContractExpress running on the intranet, the extranet, in SharePoint, or in the Cloud.
Unlike all other document assembly and contract management products there’s no IF-THEN-ELSE programming, no XML markup, no questionnaire scripting, no use of proprietary editors, and no need to reapply styles to generated documents. ContractExpress.com is the Cloud version of ContractExpress DealBuilder, providing subscribers with individual workspaces to manage their published templates, generated documents, and answer sets. Subscribers can share and brand workspaces to create communities of users.
ContractExpress Drafter is installed in the Review tab of Word 2007/10 to enable lawyers to quickly, safely, and intuitively merge manual Word edits of previously generated documents with more recent generated changes introduced by restarting the questionnaire and changing previous answers.
ContractExpress API is a series of open web service APIs to integrate ContractExpress DealBuilder with DMS, matter management, CRM and other line-of-business databases.
