Simmons & Simmons to deploy DealBuilder
Leading law firm Simmons & Simmons is to deploy DealBuilder from Business Integrity in order to streamline the production of client documents within the firm's Real Estate practice.
DealBuilder helps organisations generate legal contracts and other complex documents in a new way, by presenting them as easy to use, web-based questionnaires. When the questionnaire is completed DealBuilder automatically builds the required documents. Automating the production of documents saves organisations time and expense, whilst helping them to eliminate legal and commercial risk.
Simmons & Simmons is to launch the software in late September so as to give its new intake of trainee solicitors the opportunity to work with the latest document automation technology from day one.
