Nabarro Nathanson marks a precedent by piloting DealBuilder across three practice areas
Nabarro Nathanson, one of the UK's leading commercial law firms, is to launch a document assembly pilot using DealBuilder. The software, developed by Business Integrity, enables precedents to be quickly and accurately automated utilizing simple web-based questionnaires to create a preliminary draft of legal documents.
Nabarro Nathanson has decided to evaluate the contribution such technology can make to the firm's overall knowledge strategy by simultaneously piloting in a number of discrete practice areas and a range of legal disciplines, incorporating short and complex document production and client accessed precedent libraries.
"We believe document assembly software has the capacity to transform the way in which we utilise precedents to provide lawyers with a means of improving both their effectiveness and their productivity. We are keen to develop a system that enables us to monitor the quality and consistency of our legal documentation while providing our staff with even greater opportunities to hone their legal expertise and skills."
Paul Kohler, Head of Best Practice
"DealBuilder will enable us to assemble complex property contracts covering a variety of different circumstances quickly. The full extent of our knowledge and expertise can be incorporated into our documentation with ease and accuracy at the outset of a transaction."
