Eversheds uses DealBuilder in Real Estate
Eversheds LLP, one of the world's largest law firms is to deploy DealBuilder from Business Integrity in order to streamline the production of client documents within the firm's Real Estate practice.
DealBuilder helps organisations generate legal contracts and other complex documents in a new way, by presenting them as easy to use, web-based questionnaires. When the questionnaire is complete DealBuilder automatically builds the required documents. Automating the production of documents saves organisations time and expense, whilst helping them to eliminate legal and commercial risk.
Eversheds has completed an extensive pilot of the software across range of Real Estate transactions and has deployed precedents automated by DealBuilder to fee-earners across the firms' network of offices.
