Capstone Practice Systems, Inc., and Business Integrity Ltd enter into document automation partnership

Capstone Practice Systems, Inc., of Harvard, Massachusetts, a foremost North American document automation consulting organisation, and Business Integrity of London, England, producers of DealBuilder™, a world-leading document automation product, have agreed to enter into a partnership where Capstone will act as Business Integrity's first North American automation service partner.

Capstone has a long experience of document automation in North America using a variety of products and is currently a reseller and certified consultant for LexisNexis' HotDocs™ and Korbitec's Ghostfill™ products. Capstone has developed complex document automation systems for many of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States and Canada.

Business Integrity transformed the ease and operational feasibility of document automation when it introduced DealBuilder in late 2001. Within a short period of time, Business Integrity had licensed DealBuilder to four of the world's top five law firms including Linklaters, Baker & McKenzie in Chicago, IL, Clifford Chance and Freshfields, along with many other prestigious law firms.

DealBuilder has also been licensed by Standard Chartered Bank for use by its world-wide IT procurement managers; British Land as part of its Oracle™ and Plumtree™ agent extranet; Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose, CA, to improve the compliancy of its sales contract processes; Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA, for producing its next generation of software licenses; Poyner & Spruill in Raleigh, NC, for online banking services; and Amazon.com for employment contracts.
