Microsoft extends use of DealBuilder and licenses DealBuilder ContractExpress 3

Leveraging the success of its existing DealBuilder document assembly system for generating end user license agreements, Microsoft is licensing the new DealBuilder 3 system for use in other document assembly projects in its Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) division.

Additionally, Microsoft is licensing Business Integrity's new DealBuilder ContractExpress 3 contract lifecycle management solution to enhance the process of creating and managing EULAs and other contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Andy Wishart, BI's CTO, commented, "it's always great when a customer extends its existing license. It shows that DealBuilder has delivered on its promise of improving business processes and that Business Integrity's support and development team has achieved the high standards of customer support expected by a world class organization such as Microsoft".

Andy continued, "DealBuilder 3 is Business Integrity's new generation of document assembly and contract lifecycle management products, which leverage the new capabilities of Word 2007, Sharepoint 2007, and the Office Open XML standard. Microsoft described DealBuilder 2 as "a generation ahead", so it's very pleasing to have them license the new generation DealBuilder 3".
