Tim Allen, Vice President - North America

Tim manages the company's operations in North America and has long experience in selling high value technology solutions. The 100% referenceability of our customer base is testament to his commitment to excellent service and a return on customer investment and he combines huge energy and stamina with precise attention to detail. Tim, a graduate of Oxford University co-founded the company after a successful career in sales management with IBM and Sybase. He sits on the company’s board.

 

Thomas Mulé, Vice President - Services

Tom heads up the company’s worldwide Services and Support operations. He combines exceptional IT talent with a wide range of organizational, financial and project management skills. Prior to joining Tom was the Founder and President of Phoenix Management Consultants Group, Inc., a New York software consulting firm, where he led many software development projects. Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Stony Brook University.

 

Richard Newton, Vice President - Europe

Richard, a co–founder of the company, leads our operations in Europe. The success and referenceability of our customers is a result of Richard’s skill in managing relationships and delivering on promises. Richard has extensive international experience in the software industry and was previously European Marketing Director at FileNET Corporation. Richard is a board member. He holds the post-graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a member of The Marketing Society.

 

Andrew Wishart, Chief Technology Officer

Andrew is Chief Technology Officer and one of the founders of the company. He has the overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of our products. Andrew is a member of the company’s board. He is a graduate in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, where prior to co-founding the company he worked as a research associate at the Human Communication Research Center, one of the world’s leading AI research institutions. His fascination with computers started with a Sinclair ZX-81 when he was six years old.

 

Phillip Maskell, Chief Financial Officer

Philip is a Chartered Accountant who has specialized in the financing and commercial development of entrepreneurial companies. He was a venture capitalist in London for 11 years and was then CFO of a venture capital backed retail group. Philip joined the company’s board in 2007.

 

Lawrence Phillips, Chairman

Lawrence is a non-executive and chairs the company’s board. He was one of the original group of investors who provided seed capital to launch the business. Lawrence is head of the Tech Sector practice at UK law firm Blake Lapthorn and is well versed in the development of fast growing technology businesses. He is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, a corporate member of Intellect and a Liveryman in the Technologists Company.
