Lawrence Phillips was a founder of Business Integrity and became non-executive Chairman in June 2007. Lawrence is head of the Tech Sector practice at law firm Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons. He is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, a corporate member of Intellect and a Liveryman in the Technologists Company. When not lawyering Lawrence sometimes races sports cars and does the occasional triathlon, in between ferrying children to rugby and football.
Andrew Wishart is the Chief Technology Officer and one of the founders of Business Integrity. He has the overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Business Integrity’s products. He assumed his current position in 2003. Andrew is a graduate in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. His fascination with computers started with a Sinclair ZX-81 when he was six years old. Prior to joining BI, Andrew worked as a research associate at the Human Communication Research Centre in Edinburgh, one of the world’s leading AI research institutions.
Philip is a Chartered Accountant who has specialized in the financing and commercial development of entrepreneurial companies. He has been involved with Business Integrity in a financial consultancy capacity since 2000 and has acted as the CFO since May 2002. He was a venture capitalist for a major pension fund in London for 11 years and was then CFO of a venture capital backed retail group.
Tim manages the company's operations in North America and combines huge energy and stamina with precise attention to detail. Tim has vast experience in selling high value technology solutions. The 100% referenceability of BI's customer base is testament to his commitment to excellent service and a return on customer investment. Tim co-founded BI after a successful career with management roles at IBM and Sybase. He is a graduate of Oxford University. On the rare occasions he is not at work, Tim can be found racing or cruising sailing boats.
Richard, a founding member of the management team, leads the company's operation in the UK. The success and referenceabilty of BI’s UK customers is a result of Richard’s skill in managing relationships and delivering on promises. Richard has extensive international experience in the software industry and prior to BI was Director of Marketing at FileNET Corporation. He holds the post-graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a member of The Marketing Society.
Phil is one of the founders of Business Integrity and is the inventor of the DealBuilder document assembly system. An expert in Artificial Intelligence systems and logic programming, Phil has spent over twenty years developing and building on his concept of 'programming' free document automation, the origins of which were in his PhD. thesis at Imperial College, London in 1985. Phil is a graduate of Nottingham University and a life long cricket enthusiast as both player and coach. He can often be found in the grandstand whenever the England team are touring exotic climes.
